Overview
GrafiQa purchased and completely renovated the old Sawyer's
Fur Vault on Chestnut Street in Oneonta. Renovations included:

• A complete stucco facelift for the exterior of the building.
• The tearing down and putting up of new interior walls
• The construction of 4 office spaces, storage space and a conference room.
• New funky interior paint job on 95% of the building.
• Addition of two hill-facing windows into the large side of the building.
• Complete re-wiring of the building including high speed and wireless internet.

The grand opening, ribbon cutting and Otsego County Chamber night was November 9th 2006.
